Ben’s journey began in the Midwest, rooted in blue-collar and manufacturing industries. Starting his career as a Mechanical Engineer, he developed a deep expertise in problem-solving, systems thinking, and efficiency optimization—skills that now define his approach to finance. After graduating Cum Laude with an MBA, he transitioned into finance and analytics, applying the structured, root-cause problem-solving mindset of engineering to help businesses streamline operations, maximize profitability, and drive sustainable growth.
